PCD TC Enamelling dies for Horizontal and Vertical Enamelling Machines
Enameling dies, the enameled copper wire passes through the mold, scrapes off the excess enameling part on the wire, and relies on the gap between the wire and the core hole to keep the enameling to a specific thickness, and then bakes it to form a uniform coating film.

Usage:
Use for wire diameters from 0.05– 6 mm
Used for enameling wire for electric motor electric wire windings and electromagnetic coils.
