Nano Diamond Coated Dies for Wire Tube Drawing and Stranding
Nano diamond coated die, which also called CVD diamond coated die. Through the coating method of CVD chemical deposition, the entire interior surface of the tungsten carbide drawing die is plated with the nano-diamond layer, which thickness is 30um. Thereby improving the surface finish, reducing the friction force, and prolonging the service life.
Nano dies is ideal for cable stranding, bunching & compacting, wire drawing, and tube drawing. Aluminum, copper and other non-ferrous cable, dry-drawing of steel and stainless steel, welding wire drawing and tube drawing.

Application:
Nano Diamond Coated Stranded Wire Compacting Die is used for stranded cable used in electrical transmission, stranded copper and stranded aluminum, etc.
Nano Diamond Coated Wire Drawing Die is used for wire and tube drawing, which includes welding wire drawing (Low carbon steel wire, high carbon steel wire) stainless steel wire, aluminum wire and copper drawing, etc.
