Nano Dies
Super hard Nano Dies improves much more lifetime. Nano Dies is based on tungsten carbide die.
After repaired and special pretreated, a multi-layer micro-nano-grade diamond film is coated by ultra-vacuum equipment. After polishing and veneering, it becomes a finished product.
Nano Dies lifetime is 30 times more than tungsten carbide die under normal working conditions.
